Therefore, many factors contribute to the fact that libraries are staffed with highly educated and professional employees. Several points will help you decide: the nature of the future use, the content of the publication, the resources available to the library, and the type of library. All of these issues are important. The content might be static or it might be changing. If the content in question will be accumulating, it means that the printed publication will at some point be outdated. If the content is static, one might consider publishing a book. But we are inclined to say that by its nature, the content of a library’s collections is bound to grow, except for some special historical collections, so, if one is presenting content of such a collection, it might be a good decision to print it.
